We give freelance music producers a clear path to build a long-term career in the internet-driven music industry.

The role we play for our clients falls somewhere in between business consulting and management services. We leverage our experiences, resources, and networks to help producers grow. Our work involves many different areas of focus from client acquisition and writing camps with emerging artists to digital products, strategic partnerships and ancillary income streams. Our aim is to help talented producers establish themselves and build fruitful, lifelong careers.

We also run an education-mentorship hybrid called the Producer MBA that helps producers launch and grow their business. This prepares producers for our development services once they’ve established themselves.

*We only work with 50 producers at a time (for development) and take up to 300 applicants per year for the Producer MBA

Our flagship service (Business Development) is generally reserved for producers who have full-time experience in the business and truly need nuanced help expanding their career.

The ProducerMBA program accepts a wider range of experience levels and is customized based on where you are at in your journey. We’ve had producers come in and learn how to get work. We’ve had part-timers come in to learn how to make the transition to full-time. And we’ve had full-timers come in to learn how to grow their business.

At bare minimum, you have to have the talent. Although we can provide creative guidance when needed… We are not a music production school. We focus solely on the business side.
